Well I went out today and bought all the stuff I needed to make my new 4 suspended aviaries for my conures im going to make 2 banks of 2 so there will be easy to transport if we have to move They will be 2400 Long x 1800 Wide x 1000 high devided in to 2 and 600 - 1000 off the ground (Have not decided yet) Im also going to inclose 1000 of the back of them with colour bond for the bird’s protection agents the elements They are made out of 30 x 30 U channel and pot riveted together I had to make the U channel out of 2 pieces of 90 degrease L channel pot riveted together as the hardware store did not stock it (I just could not wait) ;D I got 90% of the framing done in a couple of hours this afternoon and hope to Finnish at least 1 bank tomorrow I’ll post pictures as soon as I can and ill take them as it is progressing with info in case some one wont’s to build there own and does not know how!!!!!

Well to start yo need to get your tools ready you will need Tin snips Potrivit gun Tape measure Black marker Power drill 1/8 drill bit 1/8 potrivits STAGE ONE Get your U channel or make it with 2 90% L channel potrivited together (just as good and cheaper!!!) Cut to desired size and put 1 potrivit in each corner on both sides of the U channel to allow some movement (movement will stop once wire it put on) Put a small brace in each corner to hold it steady Make door and put it im place with 2 hindgers and a latch also put a piece of L channel on the top and the bottom this will stop the door opening in words and hold the door tightly shut when closed Cover the area with wire and fix it with 5/8 rivets and washers to hold the wire in place Then cut where needed and trim the sharp edges to prevent the bird's getting injured or scratching your self Cover inclosed area with wot ever sheeting you desire but make sure that no water and wind can get in and the bird's have a safe place away from the elements I used self taping screws with washers for this as the head on the screws are not big enough to to hold the sheeting in place
