I noticed there is no heading for love birds so i thought here would be the best place My new lovebirds, had been cabinet birds and are used to this so i cant put them in the aviary as they will fight. One pair atleast once a week escapes her cage with her mate but we are always able to catch them as they stay within sight of their cabinet... so cute... i was wondering if anyone could tell me the exact mutations....thanks The escapees this is the hen and this is the male 2nd pair and this is the male 3rd pair a lutino and an olive my creminos My hen collecting palms...she looks like a lil porcupine the cremino hen who is still young is attempting to make a nest Thanks

They are nice little birds you got there. I'm not the one to say what mutations you have there though sorry, I know I would love to get into breeding the violet mutation I have seen about recently!! Hahah here I go again, more birds I want!!!!

The escapees: Lutino cock and a blue hen 2nd pair : Mustard cock and a pied hen 3rd pair : lutino cock and an olive hen 4th pair : Creamino cock and hen the Creamino cock looks like its molting in to a light mustard colour if the hen is building a nest it might be older than i was told and hopefully it will breed for you this season i never gave them nesting material as you saw because i was told they were young and should be only 5 - 6 months old at the moment they should have been 4 months when i sold them !!
i hope this helps a bit

there a very protective pair i recomend that you forget about the eggs for 3-4 weeks them check they also love there privacy and can leave the nest if desturbed too much
