Sometimes it takes a little longer than anticipated to get them to settle down for breeding. In that picture I spy 2 hens at the back and maybe a young pied cock at the front. Do you know the ages of them at all? That could also be a factor in thier lack of breeding.

They are all at breeding age, the yellow and green pied i was told is a male he is about 2yrs old now!! His sear still hasn't changed, that is aparently making it a male?? Or like I said, so I was told by a breeder who has never seen him! And the others are about 1 yr old or more.

I would say the yellow pied is actually female........which could explain the lack of breeding

I don't know but I do know if it is female she like the same sex!! lol, it has paired up with one of the female I have in there. and I have another male as well but still nothing happening..... Never mind pretty to watch I guess. I was thinking of replacing them with some thing a bit more interesting, like a pair of ringneck or something.

Also the one that the yellow is paired up with lays eggs but they are always empty, dont think she lets any of the males "get to her" ?

Pied budgies do not change the colour of their cere, as they lack the pigment in their body to change the colour of it. Does your other male have a blue cere or is it another Pied?
I have a yellow Pied the same with a brown cere, I paired it up with a male and got nothing. Then I tried with a female and still got nothing! In the end I got it surg. sex and it was male. He is now with a female and they have 4 eggs together.
