If you didn't get this months Australian Bird Keeper... I suggest you go and buy one ASAP... There is an article by Jugy Higgins in there about Brownwing budgiergars... It is a type of Budgie that is extinct... Well, it was anyways... It is very interest and any budgie or bird lover will appreciate the hard work that Judy is putting in to help keep this variety alive. Enjoy...

I gave Bubbles a Lutino Show Budgie With Brown Binding on its Wings before i moved to QLD !!!!

I still have him in with a lutino hen but i think shes a dud as we got no bubs this year

Brownwing Budgies are the same as a Normal Cinnamon, only they have plum red eyes and the pink feet as a Ino would... You can get Brownwing pieds and other varieties aswell, from what I could read about the variety...

sure the flashes makes it not as noticeable but in daylight he has brown barring

Yeah... I think it is a Lutino Lacewing... as lacewings wing markings are all ready brown... but I am not 100% sure... Still sort of learning about the lacewings...
