I haven't posted any pics of Elmo my red capped parrot in a while. He's got his full colouring now and looks stunning. He's an absolute hoot and can and will talk the leg off a chair. Every morning when he hears me get up or hears my alarm he calls out "hello my darlin" and "good mornin darlin" His longest sentence is " Elmo is mumma's precious boy" He LOVES kisses and will stick his beak out between the bars if I ask him for a kiss. Here's a few pics, they aren't very good cos I haven't got the hang of my camera yet but they show his colours up beautifully.
For those who don't know Elmo was a rescue I got as a tiny barely feathered baby a year and a half ago. I had to hand rear him but unfortunately he imprinted and bonded strongly with me very quickly and would not have been able to survive in the wild so now he'll stay with me forever ;D
