That's great! Eddie is never fussy, if it looks like food, it's in his mouth!! There is some exotic stuff out there too. The only thing Eddie doesn't like is carrot. I just mash it & add it to his cooked food, he eats it the ;D If there is anything else he decides to be a bit fussy about I just mix it in with something he can't resist LOL Winter is coming, it's gonna slowly get harder to get some of the fruit & veg for a while A separate fridge would be great for my birds LOL

Steph,
That's an awesome list. Non Parrot folk just don't get how we can feed our babies such nutritious foods though do they?

LoL Jules... That's okay but while u r in there can you clean the aviaryies too?!?!? Hee Hee No they don't Justin... Birds are like our kids... we give them the best life with the healthest diet we can... Parents do the same thing with their kids... So why should birds be different to kids???

I always tell people that feeding birds just a seed diet is exactly the same as letting the parents feed their kids nothing but Coco Pops or fruit loops for 18 years.

WOW!! I use all of that except the potato & cabbage. I didn't realize it would be that big a list. That drgonfruit was SO expensive last time I looked I'd love to try that one. Squash is meant to be really good for ekkies, can't remember why. Eddie loves it. Butternut pumpkin is sweet so they like that too. When I can I get the japanese pumpkins cos they're sweeter ;D Eddie has only just started to like blueberries!! Until about 2 weeks ago he freaked when ever he saw them now he loves squeezing the juice out of them. Another good one to try is nashi pears.
