New pied kakarikis

Here they are , they are pied red fronted kakarikis and have bred before but are still only young


This is the cock who is just a normal




And this is the hen who is a cinnamon


We only got them yesterday and the hen slept last night in the box ( i dont know whether this is normal) but the breeder said that she was looking at going down.

I'm so jealous! I have been wanting a pair since I got Pepper but can find none locally. Thank goodness the Thuringowa bird club are having their first ever bird sale in May! LOL gonna be saving for that one!!!
