i have an indian ringneck who seems to have lost some balance i noticed who sometimes trips over things in his cage , what may this be caused by ?

I'd first check the nails, my kakariki was forever tripping because her nails were so long they caught on everything including around my fingers. If that's all ok I'd be thinking a head trauma...ie flying into the side of the cage or into a wall or something. Keep an eye on the bird and if it gets worse I'd take them to a vet!

well he still eating and drinking and as he's in a large cocky cage at the moment i don't think he's have a head trauma but my husband sheems to think that his claws maybe to long , so how do u clipa bird that's not handraised claws , he moves in his new avairy in two weeks but i don't think they can wait that long

The same way I did with My Awnan's.... big thick gloves and nail clippers! Depending on the colour of the nails you can sometimes see the quik and you clip them just before that flesh. It will be a traumatising time for an aviary bird. You could try to prevent it with thick natural branches... although this doesn't always keep them trim!

i figured that why avairy are usually pretty good with their nails ,,his avairy is bein deliver in two weeks but in the mean time i'm gunna have to give him a manicure lol , thanks for your help
