What do your guys eat every day??
My eckies, weeros and ringneck have every morning for breakfast;
Bok Choy, Broccoli, cauliflower, chilli, english spinich, capsicum, bean shoots, sunflower sprouts, snow peas, runner beans, cucumber, baby bak choy and carrots. They also get a corn on the cob hanging from the roof of their cage tied by a shoelace - keeps them busy through the day and drives them nuts trying to get it.
I cut up enough to last 3 days - I'd be forever cutting up veges otherwise!!
Dinner is usually a hot meal made up of the following;
Pasta or brown rice, corn, pears, soup split pea mix stuff, carrots, beans, pumpkin, sweet potato and little chinese corn things.
They always have a tropical mix available to them. I buy plain rolled oats in the shop and packets of the dried fruit and nut mix, and I also buy packets of sunflower kernels and almond slivers, etc - mix it all together. They love it.
Fruit wise I give them a good mixture on a skewer thing - but they aren't particularly keen on fruit - prefer their veges!!
And I usually have vegemite on toast for dinner - can't be bothered cooking for one - hehe ;D

We feed our birds fresh every morning (and sometimes evenings) corn on the cob, celery, carrot, apples, strawberry, broccoli, silver beet, peas, cauliflour etc etc. They also get millet spray twice a week. (Which they always devour straight away especially the ringies). Our babies get egg and biscuit mix (but not always wet sometimes they have it dry). They also have parrot feed available to them at all times but we often put it in one of those little eggs that they have to work to get the food out (so that they dont just eat the sunflower seeds!)
