I would be definately asking The person next door if she has been wormed and what their diet was. Puppies can get diahorrea from a diet change and worms. Does she have an appetite? I'd definately be taking her to the vet cause her problem could be many things.

I would recommend giving her a good check over yourself for starters.
Are her eyes clear - make sure they aren't mucky, runny, etc. A normal amount of muck in the corners are fine but should be hard/crunchy.
Are her ears clear - do they smell? Wipe them out with baby wipes to get rid of any black stuff, etc. You can also get a product in pet shops made by aristopet called Ear Cleaner. It's just an alcohol type solution that you put down the ears and rub and it brings up any gunk. Any persistant gunk needs to be seen by the vets.
You can use Bettadine on any cuts/sores - that is fine to use on dogs.
Worm her regardless of when it was done last - you wont overdose her. I would bath her with an antibacterial shampoo (any pet store) and get her on some good quality puppy biscuits. Roo meat is very lean and better for helping dogs lose/maintain weight. Puppy biscuits are specially formulated for growing pups to help them put on weight as they grow so would definately be a better option. Still give her the roo meat and veges but perhaps mix the biscuits with it to help. Eukanuba and Science Diet are the best brands but I know can get expensive so give Purina One a go - can get in Coles and Woolies, etc.
It is imperative to stick to one particular diet for a couple weeks to see if the diarohea eases - if it doesn't chances are it will be something else. Any further change in food will upset her belly more.
From the picture her body weight seems relatively healthy for her bread - I am assuming there is some Kelpie in her and perhaps some staffy, or even border collie??? I find the larger breeds tend to look a bit thin and gangly for a period of their "puppy stage".
Do you know how old she is?
Also - her gums should be bright pink, not dull.
If you think she should see a vet straight away by all means don't hesitate - but if you can give her a couple weeks on decent food after a bit of a clean up that will probably give you/vet a better indication to any more serious problems she may have.
Good luck and let us know how she goes.

^What she said
raw roo meat often has worms transferable to dogs in it.

Thats sad isn't it. I honestly believe sterilisation should be mandatory for all cats and dogs unless you are licenced to breed - but only after completing a course of some sort. I guess it doesn't help that vet clinics don't support the idea with cheaper sterilisation. Glad she is going well - like Peter said, for the first few months at least worm her monthly. I know they usually only need worming once every 3 months but I have always done mine monthly and my vet said there is no harm to them in doing that. don't forget to post more pics when you get some of her!!!
