Well it has finally started stage 1 of Jason's LARGE bird breeding Complex is under way !!!!!!
These are the Conventional Aviaries he bought from a deceased estate which will make up stage 1 of the Complex
The guy built them him self so they need a lot of tidying up and the wire straightened be for its perfect but it will happen
There ate 2 of these the aviary measurements are
2700 Deep 2400 Wide and each section is 900 Wide with 12.5mm square wire
They will be used to hold and breed Australian Native Parrots (Medium size - Large)
(1)
(2)
The Aviary panels leaning up the front of this aviary is another aviary from the same place with small finch wire on it
This is aviary is for the Cockatoos
Each Section is 2000 Wide 2300 High 2400 Deep
We are also in the proses of welding another one to go beside it
This one is for Jason's son Josh to breed his Budgies and Cockatiles in (Not sure on the Measurements)
Well this is the beginning of it all.
The concrete truck had to come through a horse paddock to get to where the concrete was to be pored he just made it through the gates
The first truck poring it took 2 trucks to lay the slab 11 cubic meters of concrete
Here is a couple of pics of the finished slab
We missed out on photos of the Carine truck transporting the aviaries from the front paddock to the back and lifting them on the the slab as he ran 2 hours late and they ended up doing it in the dark
The aviaries are now in the slab and bolted down in place
Ill post more pics after this long weekend as we will have 3 more days of work and pics to add
