Hmm well today I went back to my old school to finish up some paper work and stuff (bladibla bla) and i glanced down the shearing shed where i saw three boys doing something suspicious. walked down there with the principle and They were ripping the heads of baby pigeons:( i know lots of people dont like pigeons much but it was horrible. i got just a bit angry and called them alot of errrm stuff... so now i have 6 pidgee babies to look after theyre only a few days old but feeding really really well:) The boys doing the unthinkable are now suspended (YES!!!) i didnt like the offenders coz theyre real D**&^%@ds so yaaaaaay!

Y'know it's been written in alot of papers that kids who do dreadful things to animals as children more often than not grow up to be criminals. Maybe you can visit them in jail one day . . .

I am glad that you found them and will look after them now, some people just do not raise their children properly, if those kids were told about cruelty from a young age they would never consider doing that, more than likely their Dad or both parents told them its ok to kill certain animals cruely because they do not like them.

I know, it sucks that kids can be so easily influenced by their parents. for example 2 of my sisters hate animals (mums influence) while i love them (dads influence). Mum doesnt particulalry like the fact that i like animals since i bring everything home!! but i cant help it

They are growing so fast!!! when i got them they hardly had pin feathers, now they have them everywhere:) ugly little critters but so cute at the same time!! It seems though that no one will ever stop being cruel, i went out this morning to find 87 dying or dead kangaroos that had been shot:( some were fatally injured (others were allreaddy dead) Sadly nothing could be done for the kangaroos that were injured and they had to be put down, we took some photos and sent them off in a formal complaint because it has to stop.

OMG that is heartbreaking. How can people be so cruel. It's bad enough that they kill them for no reason other than entertainment but to leave so many alive but severly injured. If I ever got my hands on these b*stards..........

Why do people have to be so cruel? I will never understand.

Its horrible, i hate seeing the injured ones and knowing i cant do anything to help them except put them out of thier pain, We belive it is someone from another area coming into the town to do this as if it was someone within the town everyone would know about it, If we catch anyone that is responsible for this they will be charged appropriatley and hoepfull get what they deserve.

Cruelty is something that I find so difficult to comprehend. As a teacher some of the stories that kids tell me about what family members have done to animals is enough to make you feel sick. These children have been brought up to believe that this is an appropriate way to behave and we have to find a way to break the cycle.
