So ... day 3 of not smoking - I reallllyyyy needed to keep my hands busy today ... so I put the new fence up for my chook and duck pen! Not very exciting I know ... but it gives them a huge area thats all theirs that they can scratch and gives me my poop free lawn back!! LOL There is only one slight problem ... my little Isa chicks can get through the lattice. I spent a good 15 minutes trying to get them in there today for them to just walk back through the lattice ... I didn't know whether to laugh or cry!! Its all good though .. they will be too big soon!  |

My had a frigde magnet that had the "5 D's" of quiting
I think it was like
1. Drink lots of water
2. Distract yourself
3. Donate lots of money to peter
I can't remember the rest

Thanks Nat ... I know it all gets easier ... and to be honest I am not finding it as hard as I did a couple years ago when I quit. The trick will be not going back to it!!
Meanwhile my reward for all all this is a new aviary and some new birds at Sunday's auction. YAY
