Get used to it Matt! I have a strong feeling we might be caring for one very soon......
We cleaned up a poor Roo in the ute on the way to work this morning. It jumped right into the side of the car! You'd think they'd run away? and we drive so slowly as it is.

Hehe i know what you mean!! they are going great, we try to tire them out in the day in hope they sleep at night but never seems to work!! I banished them to the very back room and shut all the doors so i dont hear them as much any more. I hate getting them in winter because i have to keep them in the warmest room in the house wich is closest to where i can hear them when they have a midnight maddie session!! they sleep those tal clothes baskets now so that they can get in and out at lesuire without tangling the bag up on anything:)

Oh how precious are they. I can also relate to middle of the night thumping around. I;ve been woken several times by Bella trying to get on my bed or licking my face LOL Now I wrap her extra tight so she can't get out LOL When she was little she slept in my bed cos I've got an electric blanket and that was the most constantly warm place in the house. I ended up moving her into a backet when she got too wriggly and wouldn't let me sleep LOL

Hehe when i first got Aisha she slept in my bed! silly roo just having to get picked up in winter!! Now they have there own electric blankets! spoilt little brats! and to stop them wetting them! Nappies!!!, they get taken off when they want to play and if the liddle roos get sick of them they take them off themselves:) Stops me having to worry about them piddling all over something electrical while i sleep! and they dont seem to bother them or cause any irritation:)

The roos around here outnumber the cows about 100 to 1 and thats just the ones I can see in the paddocks not even considering the ones in the bush that are hidden. Also most seem to have joeys as well. I guess it is probably inevitable that we will end up with one as a pet one day but I will put it off for as long as I can I think. We have too much to cope with as it is. lol

Haha dont worry its like that here to, i reckon thered atleast be fifty roos to a sheep here, there just everywhere!!! the roos have there own paddock here, it doesnt get seeded since its really rough country but the roos have take over and happily co exist with the sheep when theres heaps of feed in there! Joeys arent so bad to have as pets, theyre just like babies, just without the screaming and nappy changing!

Hehe well they are hey (not that i have a kid but i can imagine anyway by having two younger sisters!!!) I have to feed them allll the time, its like a never ending process! they want attention alot so you have to give it to them, cost a fortune to raise and grow and grow and grow
