It turns out my lil black longhaired crested girl was pregnant she gave birth yesterday to 3 tiny babies that are only about 3-4 cm long and she really doesnt know what to do with them. i dont know how they willl go I have never seen babies so tiny.

Do the babies have teeth? you can try supplement feeding them with some animal milk like divetalact in weetbix or bread or you can syringe feed them if you think mum isn't doing a good job.

If they are only about three or 4 cms long I think she may have given birth very premature and it is possible that the babies are too underdeveloped to feed. Try supplimentary feeding but I think unfortunately that the outlook is not great. Fingers crossed

Well they do have teeth and mum and Grandmother are feeding them. I think she was just nervous but after she saw her own mum feeding them she has started feeding them and they are looking rounder, but they are so tiny I can fit all 3 on my hand and still have room. Actually I could probably fit all 3 on my palm. But they seem active enough but I still dont know how mum will go shes only a bub herself.
