there are 4 babies now  one died with complications during it's first shed. They are eating pinhead crickets and they are just over 1 month old now!!!  |

Well he still has one good claw and a tail that works so I can only hope he is getting his fair share  That little guy will stay with us, if the other three make it to their third shed they will find new homes. |

Separated the largest because I was worried about the smallest not getting enough food Some pics of the biggest baby, they are so cute and very fast!   |

Not a lot is documented on the keeping of desert species but I have found that heat is a must outside of the extreme warmth that summer gives up here. I'm now going to recommend keeping this species with heat in the form of the electric heat mats for reptiles. You need to keep them moist but nothing was ever said about heat anywhere!
