If you Hand Raise them form 4 weeks which is opin feather stage it is so much easier

I will leave this lot so the parents can fully rear them as they havent raised any yet. then see what hapens next time

Checked in on the babies again today while mum was out of the box, and they are getting huge! starting to get some pin feathers through on the wing tips, and they look very strong and healthy!! YAY!!

;DI finally got a pic for you all!!!! Here are the 3 little cuties!! ;D You can see the third ones head inbetween the top two Two of them look like they have lighter feathers! Maybe cinnamon?!?!

Definatly 2 cinnamon!!! They are starting to get feathers on their little heads now to!! They are just soooo cute!! The parents as far as I knew were only split to pied but obviously to cinnamon as well!!!!

I thought the other one in the top pic was a green and not a cinnamon
They all look so healthy and there colouring well

Definately two cinnamons and one green, and the two cinnamons are female and the green in a male (50% chance split cinamon). Dad is split cinnamon and mum is normal. Possible that the parents are split pied too, but unlikely because you would expect pied babies if both were split. My guess is perhaps one is split pied and therefore the babies could possibly be split pied too! Do either parents have white toenails? this is a good indicator of a bird carrying the pied gene, however, not necessarily always 100% correct.
