To cut a very long story short you can use any normal silicon as the birds should not be able to reach it on the roof .
The other thing you can do is cover the holes with an nother pice of tin and Silicon it around the edges
Or you can always put a pot rivit in the hole of its not too big

you genius! i never thought of a pop rivet ! putting a piece of metal wont work as the roofs curvy

With using a pice of metel you use one with the same curves so it fits
After you pot rivit the holes put silicon over the top of the rivit on the roof as water can still leak through it !!

whhhoooww what a day just went out and had a look at an 11 section with a walkway and an area to put your brooders and stuff in the back. $2500 tempting but my mum would KILL me if i brought that thing home. she wasnt too happy with the 4 section lol. so i dont think she wuld be happy with a massive ....11m X 4m aviary taking the whole backyard.
hahaha d**n i hate living in the city. wish i was on a farm like u guys...

ohh yer... i really wana block of land in the mountains near warrandyte not far from where i live lol coz i pretty much live on the city outskirts. and what a coincidence.. my family originates from the mountainous areas in syria funny how things are passed on from generation to generation. genetics i guess
