Guess what!
We are going to Perth on Saturday to pick up a little Ekkie hen. She is about 6 weeks old and as yet un-named although Rob likes the name Charlotte for some reason.

omg!! i just went and saw her! she is SUCH a cutie!!!  <---( i would do that if it wasnt 4 the fact i dont want a lip piercing atm..... maybey l8er ) She is such a big stunning bird! and her and monty would make a good pair jen **Nudge** |

sorry I took so long everyone! Here are a couple of pictures. Charlotte has settled in well and while she was a bit funny about coming out of her cage for the first day or two, she is getting really good now and if you open her door she will climb out to snuggle up to you. Well she does that for her Dad anyway. She is Robs bird as I have Monty and he is finishing her handraising although it won't be long before she is weaned as she loves proper food already. This is Monty and Charlottes first meeting. It went rather well considering.  and here is our little girl on her own  |

Isn't she gorgeous - they make a cute couple!! I have a pair going free to a good home at the moment - shoulda waited - lol!! Should I assume you are joking!!!! There is always a good home here for Ekkies!!! And we will be happy to collect of course We will even build them a brand new avairy if they are outside birds. ;D We move to 3000 acres in 2 or 3 months. Jen |
