i have never seen a cinnamon baby as yet as they all have hatched as normal or silvers . but both parents are silver one is lighter than the other like yours !

Then i would say it is a cinnamon silver (ie is both cinnamon and silver)

That couldnt hurt if you only did it once, I dont normally condone inbreeding to any extent, but this is how new mutations are developed all the time, if you do it, I then suggest outbreeding to a totally normal unrelated bird, then breeding the offspring back again. Hopefully it is something interesting...
