Hi Peter, I was just reading in a book about Sulphurs and I quote... "The two sexes can be told apart by the colour of their eyes (iris). The males have black eyes and the females reddish brown" might be worth investigating to see if it is true as it might be advantageous when choosing a girly for your beloved Tibor. I would be really interested to know if it is true too, so if you find out let us know eh? Jen

Yeh, thats true jen, but they dont colour up until they are sexually mature. I am wanting to raise another one this year as a mate, so I'll have to send a feather off to be DNA sexed.
