My little Lory's cage is smelling pretty bad. I have cleaned everything out but still pretty yucky smell. Is there something I can spray my bird with or soemthing to use in the cage. I came across a product called Bye Bye Odor has anyone used this?

You could try F10 SC Veterinary Disinfectant for cage cleaning. It is recommended for birds. Or you could try cleaning with eucalyptus oil (rinse well) or vinegar & bi-carb. That acts as a disinfectant & deodoriser.
If your bird cage is spotless & are then maybe you should take your bird to the vet. After proper cleaning your bird shouldn't smell bad.
Another thought is mice? Do you usually get any this time of year? Mice in our house are starting to grow in numbers & the bird rooms smelt from mice, even after cleaning so we have had to bait the house.
Air the room out. Give the room or area a thorough spring clean & open the windows for a day or 2 to let fresh air in.
I haven't heard of bye bye odor but if it's only a 'general' pet deodoriser then I wouldn't use it. It could still be very harmful to your birds.
