Our cat may have been a "free to good home" but she has cost me $$$ trying to keep her happy lol. I have spent heaps on great toys (well if I was a cat I would love them) like coloured balls, rattley balls, silent balls, soft mice, rattley mice, wind-up toys, bed, cane basket, scratching board, house, you-beaut-kitty trays (yes plural, she doesn't like her feet touching kitty litter....poor petal lol) feeding bowls, feeding mat to put her bowls on, a "soft" material house, and what does she do? Plays with a feather from the birds, claims MY blanket as hers, chases a bird seed on the floor, plays peek-a-boo with shopping bags and converts cardboard boxes into ambushing stations....sigh. Here she is playing with one of "her" toys And here she is on HER blanket on HER lounge chair practicing her yogo moves... She isn't allowed outside unless she is on her lead. So when she wants to go outside, she jumps on everything she knows she is not allowed to and runs around like a lunatic. That is OUR cue to let her out!! When she sees the lead she starts purring and becomes mushy for a few seconds lol. She is by no means a cuddly animal except when she chooses HER time, then you MUST obey her or cop a clout lol But hey, we rule the house.....honest...

It is funny how cats can get their way with just a single glare look.
Freebee must have been reading over my shoulder when I posted this thread earlier. She has been the perfect angel all day, ie, has been sleeping all day lol
