Here are our latest two bubs: This one was born yesterday, from a silver aguti dutch sow and an gold aguti boar: Following it's step dad With it's mother With it's pretend mother This one was bred from a sow we bought, who was pregnant already. We dont know what colour it is. It looks black, but has like a wash of grey and brown through it.,.....? to be continued......... this one is open and ready to pop

The last one is a rex, all these babies so far (except the one from the brought sow) were fathered by an ugly ridgeback gold agouti boar that kept escaping and was never supposed to breed. I cant wait for another 2 months when the new pedegree boars offspring are born, then we should get some real babies!! Does anyone know if rex babies can be born out of a non rex father and a rex mother?

lol
Only the ones that are already pregnant run wild!
give birth in aviary with boar, stay there for 3 weeks, run wild for 4 weeks, go back with boar to give birth! Maybe its the exercise they get running around.
