The birds are going to look like little sparrows!! It is kind of sad having so much room and only being able to house 1 pair in each!! The lady that owned it had some ringnecks in them, and could easy put 4 or more in each section!! So my Kaks are going to look tiny, lol. But hey they are the kind of birds that are extremely active and love PLENTY of room!!

Hey cool - I love "different" looking aviaries. You get sick of shopping for aviaries and seeing the same grey metal after the other - same size same shape same boringness. That looks great - your birds will love it!

It will be good when my red rump avairies are finished, will have all the avairies in the onw area and will look so much tidier!! I am planning on making a garden around the avairies to with a bark or pebble path through the center and then all around in front of the redrumps to. Kind of a T shape. If you know what I mean? Here is the two kaks all finished, birds in, They LOVE it!!!! This first pic is what it used ot be...before we cut in two!! It was huge!

The Redrump one is only half built yet, so prob about 1 more week I am hoping!! It will be a smaller size, a suspended, side by side length ways. My boyfriend is a bit busy with work at the moment on weekends. One pair of redrumps are in a holding avairy for now. And the single cock rr is in a big parrot cage. I cant wait till the avairy is finished!! The I can get my pied blue hen to!!!

You could always cut in into 4 and then put some legs on them, then you would have 4 suspended aviaries. That way you could have anothewr 2 extra pairs of birds. Just a thought Either way, they look pretty good.

I do have a big yard, Most of it is way down the back though behind the double garage (that I have no use of!! )and the space gets wasted unfortunatly! If I owned the place I would do heaps of things!! keep dreaming.
